The 2024 Utah Beef Field Day will take place on Feb 29th and March 1st at the USU South Farm. We have organized some great presentations, and our Producer Panel will focus on direct-to-consumer marketing. Thursday night’s meal will be brisket, adn we will have a steak lunch on Friday.
